Million Mart currently operates only within Pakistan. All products are delivered nationwide across Pakistan.

Prices can be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or Saudi Riyals (SAR) using the currency toggle. A flat shipping fee is automatically applied at checkout depending on your selected currency.
4. Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. Customers must pay the full order amount to the delivery courier at the time of delivery.

When placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

Million Mart provides shipping all across Pakistan. Orders can be delivered to all major cities and most remote areas through our courier partners.
2. Shipping Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Customers will pay the total order amount equivalent to the selected currency at the time of delivery.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Our team may contact you by phone to confirm your order before it is shipped.

- Major Cities: 2–4 working days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 working days
Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:

The request must be made within 24–48 hours after receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used
- The product is damaged by the customer
- The request is made after the return period
- The product is not in its original packaging

5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued if:

- The returned product is confirmed defective or incorrect
